By using the CloudCostChefs website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its downloadable resources.

Educational and operational guidance
CloudCostChefs provides educational content, operational playbooks, scripts, and tools for cloud cost optimization and FinOps workflows.
Content is provided for informational and operational support purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or security consulting advice.
Your responsibilities
- Review scripts and documentation before running them, especially in production environments.
- Validate permissions, scope, and rollback plans before applying changes to cloud resources.
- Use the tools in compliance with your organization’s policies, cloud provider terms, and applicable laws.
- Do not use the site or tools to conduct abuse, unauthorized access, or disruptive activity.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudCostChefs is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site, content, or downloadable tools.
This includes (without limitation) cost overruns, outages, data loss, misconfiguration, or remediation actions taken based on tool output.
Intellectual property and third-party links
- CloudCostChefs branding, site content, and original materials remain the property of CloudCostChefs unless otherwise stated.
- Third-party services, repositories, and resources linked from the site are governed by their own terms and policies.
- Use of linked code repositories should include your own review of licenses, dependencies, and maintenance status.
